Los Del Flow Batting Cages was born from a simple belief - that baseball is more than a game. It's a feeling. It's a ryhtm. It's el flow.

Our founder, Piter Arrieta, started playing baseball at age 3 in Venezuela and never stopped. After a professional career spanning leagues in Venezuela, Colombia, and Mexico, years developing MLB prospects at elite academies, and scouting talent for the Mexican Junior National Team, he brought everything he learned to Chula Vista - and built a place where players of all levels can trai like pros and play with joy.

We train youth, travel ball, and high school athletes in batting, pitching, fielding, and catching - indoors and outdoors, one-on-one and in groups. Our facility is equipped  with pro-level Hack Attack and Iron Mike pitching machines, a dedicated cross-training area, and a full outdoor field.

But what makes Los Del Flow different isn't the equipment. It's the philosophy. Flow Baseball is built on six pillars: Actitud, Disciplina, Alegria, Confianza, Sabor, and Energia. We don't just build better hitters. We build confident, expressive ballplayers who lov the game and compete with everything they have.
